Diet + Exercise = Healthy weight loss!

Two months ago, I made it for 3.8kg, and today it's 7kg! :D
Wondering what am I talking about? It's about my weight loss! I have lost 7kg so far and still going on :)
I could never believe the digits appear on the scale, I have not seen that figures for quite some years, terharunyer ;______; It had been years I kept saying I wanted to really lose weight, but the diet plan would fail immediately the moment I saw food. Not until this year cny, I just broke my new record on the weigh scale and I thought 'No way, there's no way to put on more weight', and so I started my diet plan. Nothing was easy at first, food temptation from mum, friends, websites, tv shows, but one important thing has strengthened my determination - I wanna look good in Korea trip pictures!

So my diet started off pretty casual, I avoid carbo food (eg. rice, bread, potato) for dinner, and I make sure I take dinner before 7pm (preferably before 6pm). God knows how much I love rice & snacking after dinner, and of course I broke the rules a few times, but when I see the digits on scale isn't reducing I became more determined to cut off my snack supplies. As for the breakfast & lunch, my meal portions are still as usual, but as you enter a new phase of diet life, your stomach just shrinks smaller and your appetite becomes smaller. Then as your diet plan goes on, you realize you could actually control your desire for rice & snacks. After a couple months of diet, my weight just went stagnant, no increase nor reduce. I believe that many people have experienced the same thing, and that's the crucial moment when people decide to keep it going or just give up everything. It was always the main reason I failed my diet plan in previous attempts, but for the first time I made strong determination to continue with my diet plan. And unknowingly, I have made it to today, 7kg! I am super glad that I am able to reach this stage and I am hoping to lose some more kgs.

And on the side note, diet is NOT the only way to lose weight, you have to couple it with Exercising! I myself started off lightly, simply by just walking around my neighborhood for an hour and now I am doing both walking & slow jog as frequent as possible. Seriously, just spare one hour to do some exercise, it really doubles the progression on weight loss, I guarantee you!

The pros of losing weight is now I can fit in a skinny jeans now, a non-elastic one! Now I can wear some of the old clothes that I once thought of donating them away. I can now run/walk faster, I can squad down easily without the need to squeeze my fats sideways. As for the cons.... I think my boobies just got smaller /criesoutloud, or is it just my innerwear getting loose? And some clothes that were once fit and curvy are now so flabby lose like some maternity clothes. ㅇㅂㅇ'' I think I need another round of shopping now.

The moment your friends just come up to you and ask if you just lose some weight simply makes you feel like flying up high. People around me have noticed my recent weight loss and that keeps my spirit higher, I believe I can lose some more weight in couple of months. I did not lose all 7kg in one day, I used almost 3months to reach this stage, which means I lost weight bit by bit, which is safer and stable. Many people make drastic weight loss but they gain their weight back almost immediately, because their body metabolism is yet adjusted to their normal level. So once they increase the kcal intake, the body metabolism couldn't handle the food input and eventually storing them in the body. As for me, it seems like my body is used to a lower daily kcal intake and I hope this can go on for a long time.

Till then :)
