Week N

Weight loss plan Week n.
Hahahaha, I cannot remember exactly how long have I been in this diet plan, if I have not mistaken, the determination just started itself after the week I came back from CNY break. That was when I gained weight drastically after all the yummy feast back in TI. The weight loss progression started off pretty fast as I could lose almost 1kg every week for the first month, and so I am now at the 'lagging' stage lol. Very minor weight change is observed nowadays, but still, it's dropping :) I would regard myself as a very 'moderate'(?) anorexia individual lol. I cut down my daiy kcal intakes, I take really really light dinner (mostly without rice), try to do walking/slow jog as frequent as possible. Eh, I am not anorexia afterall eh? Hahahhaa, take back my words :P

Even though the digits displayed on the scale is still pretty much horrifying, but I could really feel it's easier to fit in pants that were once 'pain in the ass' lol. And I can squat down comfortably, you have no idea how an overweight individual could squat down without falling sideways. My 'cupcakes' are shrinking too :D I don't have to worry about pulling my pant to a higher position to avoid my 'cupcakes' from flowing out its way. My arms are not that flabby anymore too! Friends have noted it too :)

I still have 3-4kg more to go. Wish me all the best.
