People love to gossip,

Is it because my colleagues are usually bored and no one to talk with,
Col.A gossips about col.B & col.C when they're not around,
Col.B gossips about col.A & col.C when they're not around,
Col.C gossips about col.B & col.A when they're not around.
Kakak gossips about A + B + C when they're not around.
Me,a quiet listener.
Things remain in that cube.
